These rules apply to all three villas. Sending a stay request means you have read and accept them.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in between 3 pm and 10 pm only.
- Check-out by 10 am at the latest.
During your stay
- Maximum number of guests: Villa Syba 6, Villa Coco 4, Villa Zaza 6. Any additional guest must be declared to us.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 9 am.
- No parties or events.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No commercial photography.
Important
- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the partners is of Moroccan nationality), a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.
- Bringing or consuming illegal substances in the house or on the property is strictly forbidden.
- Sex tourism is strictly forbidden, under penalty of immediate eviction and prosecution.
- Please be considerate towards the neighbourhood and respect local customs. If the rules on noise and nuisance are not respected, we reserve the right to end your stay early.
Electricity and water
- We cannot be held responsible for irregularities or interruptions in the electricity supply. Please note that the water supply depends on the electricity supply.
- Please use the lighting, heating and air conditioning normally and reasonably.
- Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
Safety
- Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
- The pools are not equipped with a safety system or protective barrier. This equipment is not required by Moroccan law.
Pool and garden
- Please do not touch the pool's technical equipment. If there is a significant problem, let us know.
- Our gardeners and pool technician may come for maintenance during your stay.
- Cushions and garden loungers must not be put in the pool.
