Last updated: 8 October 2026. These terms apply to stays booked directly with us, together with our House rules.
Your request and our confirmation
- Sending a request through this website is not a booking. The availability shown on our calendars is indicative.
- We reply to every request personally, by email or WhatsApp, with the price of your stay and all the details. In that first reply, we also tell you about the security deposit.
- Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit described below.
Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total price is due when you book, to confirm your stay.
- The remaining 50% is due one month before your arrival.
- If you book less than one month before your arrival, the full amount is due when you book.
- The payment method is agreed with you case by case, and the details are sent with our confirmation.
Security deposit
- A security deposit of €300 or 3,000 MAD is paid in cash on arrival. We give you a signed receipt.
- It is returned to you at check-out, after we have checked the house together.
- If you leave very early in the morning, it can be returned to you by Youssef, our driver.
Cancellation
- Cancel at least 30 days before check-in: full refund.
- Cancel between 30 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.
- Deadlines are counted from 3 pm (Marrakech time) on your arrival day.
