Who we are
- This website is run by Mathias Stevenard, under the name YZIA Marrakech, in Marrakech, Morocco.
- For any question about your personal information, write to us at hello@yzia-marrakech.com.
What we collect
- Only what you type into the stay request form: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, your message, the home, dates and number of guests you choose, and your acceptance of the House rules and Terms & conditions.
- There is no account to create and no payment on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, to organise your stay with you, and to stay in touch before and during it.
- We never sell your information, and we do not use it to send you advertising.
Who handles it
- Your request is sent to us through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and arrives in our Gmail mailbox (Google).
- The website is hosted by OVHcloud, and our domain and email routing are managed by Cloudflare. Like any website, these services may process technical data such as your IP address.
- The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
Cookies
- This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or audience statistics.
How long we keep it
- We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your request and your stay, and to keep a record of our exchanges.
Your rights
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, by writing to hello@yzia-marrakech.com.
