Villa Syba sits on a working olive farm just outside Marrakech, surrounded by 1,500 m² of garden and olive grove. It's the most spacious of the three villas — three bedrooms, a large living room built around a fireplace, and a 15 × 8 metre pool that runs the length of the garden.
Renovated in 2025, Syba still feels like a farmhouse first: shaded by olive and palm trees, quiet, with room to spread out. A pétanque court, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and fibre internet make it easy to stay a while. About 5 km from the Koutoubia — close enough to visit Marrakech, far enough to properly get away.
