Villa Zaza is a contemporary Moroccan house built around the relationship between inside and outside: black steel joinery, natural materials, tadelakt and mineral plaster finishes, and a mature, fully private garden designed by Atelier KLP, a Marrakech landscape designer, around a 6 × 4 m pool.
Renovated in July 2023, Zaza sleeps up to six across three bedrooms, with a ~50 m² living room around a fireplace and a covered pergola terrace for evenings outside. About 5 km from the Koutoubia — and some 25 metres from Villa Coco, for groups who'd like two independent houses side by side.
